Our featured cat for The River's Purrfect Friday: Sushi

You can see what Dr. Jen has to say about Sushi here. In summary: this lovely, homeless cat was taken into a home, but the cat already living there did not care for her, so she came to Crash's Landing. After she came to Crash's, Sushi got an infection and, because she'd not received the usual vaccines as a kitten, the infection went wild and required the removal of Sushi's right eye. A volunteer at Crash's took Sushi in, but severe allergies forced him to bring her back.

Sushi is a lovely, friendly, young (born around July 2007) cat. She does not appear to be handicapped by having just one eye. She is doing well at Crash's, but would do better in someone's home.
