Our featured cat for The River's Purrfect Friday: Siobhan

Here's what Dr. Jen had to say about Siobhan:

Stunning as can be is Siobhan, a lovely lass who found herself a stray in Wyoming in the spring of 2010. Rescued in April by Sally Karasiewicz, she waltzed right into our place with a self-assuredness I really like to see in a cat! Siobhan had been spayed prior to her arrival here on April 29th (she was born in early 2008), but sadly, she tested a very strong positive on her FeLV test. Sally and I were both a bit shocked, as this girl is healthy as a small horse (OK, a pony weighing in at 8.5 pounds).
Well, we take the cards as they are dealt us, and Siobhan is readily accepting the fact that she is now a Sid's Kid - and she is really enjoying herself! She is quick to make friends, is extremely laid-back and easy-going, and has a whimsical, silly side to her too. One of her favorite little games to play with me while she was housed at the clinic prior to going to Sids was hide-and-seek behind the cat cubby in her run. She loved to pop her head in and out too, teasing me to come in after her for a head rub and a little bit of lovin'! And love this girl I sure do - and you will too - as she is absolutely a darling addition to our crew here!
