Here's what Dr. Jen had to say about Owen:
Gorgeous tabby Owen (born in March of 2007) came to us via our friend Carol, at Carol's Ferals, when he was live-trapped and turned out to be friendly. He now sports the left ear tip that identifies a TNR kitty, but since he turned out to be FIV positive, he gets to live with us, instead of being released back outside.
Owen is quite a charmer, and although initially he didn't think he would like hanging out with the other kitties, you now more often than not find him curled up with 2 or 3 (or more) other kitties on one of our sofas here at Big Sid's! He is a big boy at 12 pounds, but he is as gentle and laid back as they come! I am pleasantly surprised to see just how well and quickly he adopted to his new living arrangement - after all, bunking with over 100 other cats can be a bit overwhelming at first! He is as handsome as they come and once you meet him, you will find him to be one wonderful cat!
